LOGISTICAL SUPPORT
OTT provides global support in terms of spares and technical assistance for all OTT supplied vehicles.
OTT has a dedicated field service team that provides in-country after sales service and support.
After sales service includes spares support, warranty work that may be required, technical assistance and training.
OTT field technicians provide training in the field on aspects relevant to our vehicles. Training can be conducted in South Africa or in country of deployment.
Training documentation:
Complete training documentation, including manuals, is supplied by OTT.
Instructors are also supplied with digital copies of the syllabus.
Training documentation is provided in English as well as the language the customer prefers (eg. French, Portuguese, etc.)
Spares:
Supply of spares of OTT manufactured vehicles. We keep spare parts in stock to ensure that we can act quickly in the provisioning of spares and supply to our customers when so requested.
